At Jo Bakes™ we take great pride in delivering handcrafted baked goods with care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following policy applies:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

This policy exists to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance with food handling regulations.
2. Perishable Food Item Disclaimer

Our products are made-to-order, perishable, and subject to spoilage if returned or delayed.

For health and safety reasons, once an item leaves our facility, we cannot restock or resell it under any circumstances.
3. Delivery & Shipping Responsibilities

Once your order is marked as “Delivered” or “Shipped” by our team and/or the carrier, we have fulfilled our obligation.

Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and ensuring timely receipt.

Any delays, misplacement, or damage caused by third-party courier services (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) must be addressed directly with the carrier.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
